I had the pleasure of shooting Sarah and Darren’s wedding day at the end of May. I hadn’t met them prior to the big day, but they were so funny and enjoyable to work with. One of my favorite parts of the day was seeing the gifts they gave to each other. They were so thoughtful and it’s nice when you get to spend some time with both the bride and groom prior to the ceremony. There’s so much excitement in the air in those hours. I loved their unique rings, and Sarah’s flowers were absolutely gorgeous. The couple was married at Princeton United Methodist Church, the most beautiful old church built in 1910. It has Tiffany stained glass windows and was such a treat to visit. After Sarah and Darren’s touching ceremony, we stopped at a nearby park for some portraits before heading off to the reception at the Cranbury Inn. Sarah and Darren are both actors, so they definitely incorporated that theme into their wedding, as you’ll see. From their table cards, to the cake, to the Emmy’s (or were they Oscars?) their reception had adorable details. I am so happy I got to share this day with this couple. I quickly got the sense that they are good, nice people, with amazing friends and family who were there to celebrate their milestone. I wish these two many, many years of happiness together!
