I have so much to say about Jenn and Andy. They make a perfect pair and compliment each other so well. I’ve loved getting to know them this year. They are both very kind and thoughtful people. On a beautiful day in September they got married, and everything about their day was perfect. They opted to do a first look at Lambert’s Castle, where we did their portraits and bridal party photos. It was a terrific backdrop for their photos. Afterwards, we headed over to their venue – the Brownstone. I had never been there before, but I was so impressed with everything there, especially the sprawling cocktail hour. Everything about the venue was very elegant. Their ceremony took place in the conservatory, a beautiful light filled space with glass walls and ceilings, overlooking a garden area outside. They changed the most heartfelt vows and you could just see how happy they were to tie the knot. All of their guests were very happy, too, because they really knew how to party. The dance floor was packed all night. And these guests could dance! I love when the crowd is so lively, it makes for some really fun photos. I did steal Jenn and Andy away for a few minutes to take a nighttime photo outside, but then they got back to it. When I think of this wedding I will remember the beautiful portraits we got and the great food, but most of all I will remember how in love Jenn and Andy were on their wedding day, and how happy everyone around them was too. A special thanks to Grace for second shooting.
